Hi Friends , this blog is all about my memories in 2009....



 In 2009 i had a great , joyful , colorful  lovely days with my friends in Delhi..Overall the days in 2009 were so nice and friendly with my friends in WAPCOS.....Most of the time spent for achieving my goals in 2010...


Few important memories in 2009

• visited BHEL Jhansi for Inspection of 11kV/110kV, 17.25MVA oil immersed  Generator Transformer(2 units) in January
  
  
• received gold medal in M Tech .during 4th convocation of NIT Calicut , kerala..on march 30

• Visited NITC campus ; interacted  with my best friends , juniors during 4th  convocation ..at NITC campus on march 30
  
  
• Visited BHEL Jhansi for Inspection  of  500kVA & 225kVA Dry type Transformers(7 units)  in May
  
  
• completed my automation training course in noida..
  
  
• visited Radiant cables Hyderabad  for Power cable inspection in July
  
  
• Visited BPL palakkad for Inspection of PLCC Equipments ( Wave Trap, LMU, coupling capacitors, PLCC Panels) for 110kV Switchyard,Salma HEP in July
  
  
• Joined IES Made easy for IES(Indian Engineering Services) coaching in July
  
  
• Had a joyful trip to Bakra nangal dam, Punjab with our WAPCOS friends ...The trip days very nice...had a great fun

• one week Orientation programme for WAPCOS Engineer Trainees  in November
• Special thanks to our CMD R K Gupta  and  WAPCOS Management for organising orientation programme & official trip to Bhakra nangal Dam /Hydro Electric Projects

I wish the memories of 2009 will always keeps me so happy and energetic and helps to have great days in 2010

Gold Medal - - Convocation @ NIT Calicut

Hi Friends

In this blog i wanna share great memories of receiving gold medal in
M Tech from Dr.K.Kasthurirangan on March 30 at NIT calicut in 4Th convocation From Electrical Engineering Department with specialization "Computer controlled Industrial Power" for the academic year 2006 - 2008.

My friends Balaji A & M Nagaraju ( Power System ) , Thameem ( Instrumentation & Control ) and Anvesh ( Power Electronics) also received Gold Medal in this occasion.

Excellence

Hi Friends

This Blog presents few lines about "Excellence", it is received from my friend.

A man once visited a temple under construction where he saw a sculptor making an idol of God. Suddenly he noticed a similar idol lying nearby. Surprised, he asked the sculptor, "Do you need two statues of the same idol?" "No," said the sculptor without looking up, "We need only one, but the first one got damaged at the last stage." The gentleman examined the idol and found no apparent damage. "Where is the damage?" he asked. "There is a scratch on the nose of the idol." said the sculptor, still busy with his work. "Where are you going to install the idol?" The sculptor replied that it would be installed on a pillar twenty feet high. "If the idol is that far, who is going to know that there is a scratch on the nose?" the gentleman asked.

The sculptor stopped his work, looked up at the gentleman, smiled and said, "I will know it."

Moral of the Story

The desire to excel is exclusive of the fact whether someone else appreciates it or not. "Excellence" is a drive from inside, not outside.

"Excellence is not for someone else to notice but for your own satisfaction and excellence"
